  • Receptionist

    Megan Synder

Megan is a Receptionist with VCA Southern Maryland Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center. She has been with SMVRC in January 2014.

She states, “I work for VCA today because my own cat was faced with a life-threatening illness. My cat Oliver made a full recovery with the excellent care and knowledge provided by SMVRC staff and doctors. When Oliver was finally able to be discharged I revisited the hospital not only to take my fur baby home, but also to pick up an application. I was fortunate enough to be selected for my position in client service a couple of weeks later. I get to help pet parents in my community every day and can pass on the same compassion and professionalism that I experienced as a client!"

Megan has two cats, a pit bull and a Boston terrier that she devotes a lot of time and energy to. Megan also enjoys spending time outdoors.
