Biography
Laurie is a Certified Veterinary Technician and has been working at VCA South Shore Animal Hospital for 21 years. She began as a kennel nurse on weekends and during the summers while attending The University of New Hampshire. She graduated with a BS in Animal Science and continued working at South Shore as a Head Nurse for several years. Laurie developed a love for surgery and trained to become a surgery and anesthesia technician where she has continued to work to this day. As the hospital grew, Laurie also took on the responsibility of purchasing and became the Medical Supply Manager. She lives at home with her husband, two children, her dog Kassie, and her three recently adopted kittens (Lucy, Linus, and Charlie.)
