Biography

Dr. Draper earned his BS in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University and his DVM from Ross University. He was an associate in a private general practice in Illinois for a short time before attending Texas A&M University for his general internship. He then completed a specialty Neurology internship at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego. Dr. Draper completed his residency in Neurology/Neurosurgery at the University of Florida in July 2012. Dr. Draper is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Neurology sub-specialty. He joined the veterinary staff of VCA Animal Specialty Center of South Carolina in August of 2012.

Dr. Draper goes home to his lovely wife Charla, 2 daughters (Vera, 3 years, and Reagan, 1 year), Axl the family cat, and their quarterhorse Bea. He enjoys traveling, golf, homebrewing, and collegiate athletics in his spare time.
