    Judith Goodman
    School: Cornell University, B.S.

    Judith Goodman joined VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialists as hospital manager in 2011. Judith has been a part of the Bay Area animal welfare and veterinary community since 1998. Prior to joining VCA SFVS, Judy served as the administrator for the Community Veterinary Services Department of the San Francisco SPCA for more than 10 years. Before that, she directed client programs at Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS).

  • Operations Manager

    Andrew Rushing

    Andrew Rushing is the operations manager at VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialists. In this role, he works to ensure that our clients always receive efficient and courteous service. Previously, Andrew was a client service supervisor at VCA SFVS. He began his tenure with VCA in 2009 as a technical assistant at VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma.

    Andrew is currently pursuing a CVPM degree (certified veterinary practice manager), which will allow him to combine his love for animals and desire to deliver excellent client service with his strong interests in business management and information technology.

    Before joining VCA, Andrew attended UC Riverside and the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy. He is a certified massage therapist and health educator.

    When away from work, Andrew is active in the local softball league and enjoys boating, hiking, dancing, traveling and spending time with his canine pal Ziggy Stardust.

1. Contact your general veterinarian's office. They may be more closely located and available to assist you.

2. If it is after hours or VCA SFVS is more conveniently located, call us at (415) 401-9200 and provide the client service representative with:

  • Your name and your pet's name
  • Your location and estimated time of arrival
  • Your pet's emergency

3. Get support to safely transport your pet to VCA SFVS. If you have medical records related to your pet’s emergency, please bring those with you.
