    We're happy to announce that Judith Goodman has joined VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialists as the new hospital manager. Judith has been a part of the Bay Area animal welfare and veterinary community since 1998. 

    Prior to joining VCA SFVS in late February 2011, Judy served as the administrator for the Community Veterinary Services Department of the San Francisco SPCA for more than 10 years. Before that, she directed client programs at Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS). Judy looks forward to working with our referring veterinarians in her new role at VCA SFVS, and we are excited to have her on board.

In an Emergency ...

1. Contact your general veterinarian's office. They may be more closely located and available to assist you.

2. If it is after hours or VCA SFVS is more conveniently located, call us at (415) 401-9200 and provide the client service representative with:

  • Your name and your pet's name
  • Your location and estimated time of arrival
  • Your pet's emergency

3. Get support to safely transport your pet to VCA SFVS. If you have medical records related to your pet’s emergency, please bring those with you.
