Visiting Hour Policy

You are welcome to visit your pet each day that he/she remains in the hospital. We ask that you respect our visitation policy so we can ensure that your pet, as well as her other patients, received the proper attention they deserve.

Hospital Dispensary & Prescription Refills

The staff of our Hospital Dispensary is available to re/fill prescriptions prescribed by our doctors during the following times:

Monday-Friday 8 AM-8PM

Prescriptions may be picked up from our hospital during the following times:

Monday-Friday 6 AM-11 PM
Saturday 7 AM-11 PM

Please note all prescription refill requests submitted will be reviewed, and processed within 48 hours of receipt. Also, your pet's regular Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center veterinarian must approve prescription refill requests, except in emergency situations. Emergency Care

We are located at 9801 Old Winery Place in Sacramento. Our hospital is open 24 hours a day every day to help care for your emergency needs. Our emergency fee is $135. If you are planning to come in on emergency, please call (916)362-3111 so that we are ready for you.

If your pet has swallowed a medication or toxic substance, you can call Animal Poison Control Center at 1-888-426-4435 for the most up to date information and immediate assistance. The cost of the service is $65.
