Meet our Referral Care Coordinators!
VCA Raleigh Hills Animal Hospital has a Referral Care Coordinator for each specialty service. It is their job to ensure that clients have a great service experience and that the referring veterinarian receive complete and timely information.
Anneliese Kiefer, BA, CVT, Surgery Coordinator
Anneliese is a certified veterinary technician and has her bachelors degree in fine art from The Evergreen State College with an emphasis on painting, ceramics, installation art and art theory. Anneliese has worked in the veterinary community since 2003 as both a technician and client specialist in general practice, oncology and specialty surgery. She enjoys world travel, snowboarding, rock climbing, and living in Portland. She shares her home with her acrobatics cat Fiesta and Buddy, the vocal boarder collie mix Francis Fancy Pants, and her very fur-tolerant husband.
Tricia Flynn, Oncology Coordinator
Tricia has worked in the Portland Veterinary Community for over 10 years. She has worked as a client service representative at VCA SE Portland Animal Hospital and she has worked as a hospital manager at VCA Woodstock Animal Hospital. She is a licensed realtor and plays competitive soft ball. She has adopted a dog and two cats while in the field (all three either abandoned or surrendered at a hospital).
