Why I Do What I Do...
"The most important part of veterinary medicine to me is crisis management. The opportunity to care for pets in distress is a chance to help them when they need it most. The equipment that we have at VCA Newark allows me to intervene in a way that I find useful and rewarding. Concurrently, the crisis that owners face with their pet's emergency provides an occasion to inform and guide; an important responsibility. I can relate to those with a strong human-animal bond, and therefore take veterinary emergency medicine and critical care very seriously."
