    Lesa Cash

    Having been with Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center since its inception, Lesa has experienced a variety of roles. With a BS in Veterinary Medicine, acquired at Mercy College in 1993, Lesa has enjoyed working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), caring for pets and their people very much. Over the years her responsibilities have changed encompassing the management of staff, schedules and other hospital duties.  In her current role as the Hospital Manager, she enjoys working with clients, referring veterinarians, staff and VCA management to offer the best care for the pets at KBVC as possible.

    Lesa also has a MST in Education from PACE University. She has been a supplemental instructor at a local college for their Veterinary Technology Department. Lesa also volunteers her time serving on the advisory board at two of the local Veterinary Technician colleges.

    Her free time is quickly filled with 3 children, 2 grandchildren and 3 cats: Johnny Rotten, Randy Savich and Luci Fur. She has been known to ride her motorcycle to work or to a knitting class when she is not kayaking. She has also developed a passion for bee keeping and currently has 2 hives.

    Job Position: Referral Manager
    Hospital: Animal Specialty Center, Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center,  and VCA Animal Specialty and Emergency Center
    Education: Associate of Applied Science, Veterinary Technology- SUNY Delhi, New York- 1975

    Experience: Jayne helped create and implement our unique Referral Manager position in 2010 for our specialty hospitals. With an extensive background in sales, marketing, customer support, and business development she brings a dedication and strong commitment to supporting our referring veterinarian community, along with their clients and pets. After 10 years as a human cardiac technician, she spent 20 years with Hewlett-Packard, Philips, and Toshiba selling diagnostic ultrasound to human hospitals and imaging centers in the NY area.  Since 2008, she has been back in the veterinary field in the NY area working within animal specialty hospitals focused on the clients and referring veterinarian relationship. Jayne has been a client of Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center since 2000 with many pets, giving her a unique perspective of what a client’s experience really should be. 

    Interests:  Animal rescue, reading, photography, and an extensive music collection.

    Personal:  Jayne does professional wildlife and live concert photography. Her work has been used by many world renowned musicians. She is published on a regular basis in magazines and social media.

    Amy Milo is Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center's Inventory Specialist. Amy is also one of our hospital's Licensed Veterinary Technicians.

If you suspect your pet is having a medical crisis, our experienced team of veterinarians, technicians and assistants are here to assist you.

Our Emergency and Critical Care units can assist in all of the following situations requiring immediate medical attention: Auto accidents, traumatic injuries (fractures, bites, burns, lacerations, wounds), respiratory emergencies (choking, difficulty breathing), vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty urinating/defecating, shock, loss of consciousness, dizziness, staggering, tremors, seizures, paralysis, toxic reactions, poison ingestion, labor and delivery problems, blood in urine or feces, swollen, hard, painful abdomen, heatstroke.
