Appointments
Scheduling and Preparing for Appointments:
- Specialist consultation appointments are available all day Tuesday through Thursday.
- Please set aside 2-3 hours for the first visit. This extra time allows us to plan and deliver the first treatment, if recommended.
- Try to arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment time to allow our staff enough time to complete the required admission procedures.
- We advise not feeding your pet on the day of the initial consultation. It may be necessary to sedate or anesthetize your pet for staging or treatment.
- Subsequent treatments usually require about 1½ hours.
- Treatment appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 4:30pm. This schedule allows time for your pet to recover from sedation or anesthesia prior to our hospital closing time at 6:00 pm.
- If you wish, we can schedule all treatment appointments in advance.
- If you run late for an appointment or treatment time, please call and ask to speak with a CTC staff member.
- For your convenience, we offer both daytime and overnight boarding for a reasonable additional fee.
Please call us if you have any questions.
