Fifth Avenue Veterinary Specialists provide a variety of state-of-the-art care including services such as complex orthopedic surgery, interventional cardiology, endoscopic and laparascopic procedures, advanced critical care monitoring and a full range of diagnostic imaging such as echocardiography, ultrasonography, and CT scan.

At the heart of Fifth Avenue Veterinary Specialists' advanced care services are our board-certified veterinary specialists. Our specialists have extensive additional training in such fields as internal medicine (including infectious disease, hematology, and pulmonology), oncology, minimally invasive surgery, cardiology, and anesthesia and pain management. In many cases our specialists work as a team to provide the absolute best care for your pet, and continue to consult with your regular veterinarian even after your animal has left the hospital. Fifth Avenue Veterinary Specialists is the only 24-hour emergency hospital in lower Manhattan. We are located at 1 West 15th Street, close to the corner of Fifth Avenue. Our number is 212-924-3311 although if you are having an emergency, you do not have to call before coming in.
