  • Best Care You Could Ask For

    -Sharon from Carlsbad, CA
    Pet Name: Cinnamon

Pet Image When our 12 year old Scottie began having issues breathing, we were quite concerned. We had just driven cross-country and were to move into our new home the day we brought Cinnamon in. After tests were performed, we thankfully were able to take her home so we could all walk into our new home together. We kept an eye on her during the next few months since we weren't sure how much time we had left with her. She was playing and running around with our other 2 dogs so when the breathing issue came back, we were alarmed. We weren't ready to say good-bye. We brought her back to VCA to see if the underlying cause was the same or not and if medication could help. Despite their heroic efforts, our girl wasn't meant to get better. We were devastated to have to say good-bye but it was the best thing we could do for her. The staff and doctors are amazing and wonderful people. We thank you so much for all the care and love you showed our sweet girl during her stay.

  • VCA Torrance is the Greatest

-D J Jones from Palso Verdes Estates, CA

Our 22 year old cat "BOB" had been having Kidney failure for the past year. This was our first visit to a VCA hospital since we live in CO & CA. We had a 1:20 PM appointment on 12/26/14. The first person we met was Jose a Tech. & he was very caring. Then we met Dr. Jasmine Matloob, DVM. She explained in more details what we could do regarding "BOB's" condition in more detail, in a very caring & professional manner. We decided to have him put down. Even though our time at VCA was sad, we came away truly believing we had been with loving & caring people/organization. VCA Torrance gets from the Jones' an AA+ !!
