Biography

After obtaining her RVT degree Karen was hired by the VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center. I worked with the emergency service for 7 years. I have been with the surgery department since 1995 and am currently the supervisor of the surgical technician staff.

Karne's hobbies include gardening, photography, animal care, and Disneyland. Karen lives with her husband Warner, and daughter Kyra who help care for their many pets: cats, birds, chickens, ducks, turkey, and fish.

VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Ctr. provides 24 hour emergency veterinary care, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency veterinarians, veterinary technicians and/or veterinary assistants are on staff 24 hours a day.
