Hospital Manager
Julie Wilkinson
A native Atlantan, Hospital Manager Julie Wilkinson has been with the VCA Dekalb Gwinnett Animal Emergency Hospital family since 2005.
Julie worked for the emergency hospital in the late 90's and left to pursue a career in retail management. After many years she realized she missed working with our patients and clients, and working with such a wonderful team, who shared her commitment to their health and well-being.
When not at the hospital Julie spends her time with her husband and two daughters. Three cats (Seaweed, Coney and Miss.Tiggy Winkle), two dogs (Doc and Scout), two fish (Io and Ganymede) and two chickens (Gladys and Henrietta) complete their family.
In her spare time Julie loves to hike, stargaze, swim and travel to visit small museums, state parks and historic sites and support her favorite local places like the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Fernbank Science Center and the Yellow River Game Ranch.
