VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital

Patients and Visitors

Welcome to VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital, a specialty services and 24 hour emergency/critical care veterinary facility. Our compassionate hospital staff  is dedicated to making you and your pet comfortable and meeting all of your needs while visiting our veterinary facility. We continually strive to excel in offering the very best service for you and your pet. If we can assist you in any way during your pet's visit or stay with us, you need only speak with one of our Client Care Specialists, who will be happy to assist you. Just come to the reception desk or call us at (413) 783-1203.

Prior to your pet's first visit at VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital, please be sure to check with us regarding forms and information needed for your appointment. If you have a specialty appointment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time so that a medical record can be created and information collected about your pet.

For the safety of our clients and their pets, we ask that you please leash your pet or keep it in its pet carrier while in our reception area.  For your convenience, a Keurig individual cup coffee machine is located in our ER/Specialty reception area -- please help yourself to fresh-brewed coffee. If there is anything that you need, don't hesitate to ask one of our friendly Client Care Specialists!

While your pet is hospitalized with us, you should feel free to come and visit.  We believe strongly in the power of these visits - for both you and your pet.  We have routine visiting hours between 12 and 2pm as well as between 8 and 10pm, but if those times are not convenient for you, you need only ask and we will gladly  make arrangements to accommodate you.

VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital offers a wide selection of both prescription and non-prescription diets for pets. One of our Client Care Specialists will be happy to advise you about our selection.

Thank you for entrusting your pet's care to VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital. As mentioned above, our caring and compassionate staff will do everything we can to make you and your pet comfortable. If you need anything at all, just ask us.
