Patients and Visitors
Emergency/Critical Care
You DO NOT need an appointment. Please bring your pet in immediately if you are having an emergency. Emergency/Critical Care services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.
New Patient Appointments
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a New Client/Patient form, or you may bring a completed form with you to your appointment. Please be sure that we know who your pet's referring doctor is so that we may obtain any medical records prior to your appointment. We also ask that you please bring any previous x-rays (film or CD) to your appointment.
FOR NEW ONCOLOGY APPOINTMENTS
Please remember to not feed your pet anything after midnight (12AM) the night before your appointment. You may leave water out for your pet.
*If you have any questions regarding your pet's appointment, we are available 24 hours a day to assist you: (510) 483-7387
Visitors
If your pet is being hospitalized, you are welcome to visit your pet at anytime. Please understand that waiting times may vary depending on the number of patients we have in-hospital and the number of Emergency/Critical Care cases we are treating at the time of your visit. To limit your wait time, it may be best to call ahead to ask when the best visiting times are for the day.
If you are calling for a status update on your pet, please do not hesitate to call to ask. We are staffed with doctors and technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
