  • Receptionist Supervisor

    Ren Caniff
    School: Art Institute of Phoenix , Bakery & Pastry

    Ren joined the animal emergency hospital in 2002 as a receptionist. In 2008 she became the receptionist trainer and supervisor. Ren studied bakery and pastry at the Art Institute of Phoenix. She is a very proud Navy veteran.  Ren and her husband Troy added a baby daughter to their family. Ashby Belle was born in August of 2010.

    Donetta Hernandez

    Donetta began working in the veterinary field in 2002 in The Woodlands, Texas. She joined our team as a part-time receptionist in 2008. Donetta studied Business Administration at Maryland Community College and is currently attending Vet Tech Institute. She has raised Ragdoll cats for eleven years and especially loves kittens of all kinds. Donetta's special interest lies in felines.

    Reiko Kemp
    School: University of Oregon , BA in Psychology

    Reiko reveived her BA in Psychology from University of Oregon in 1995. She started her veterinary career in 2000 in Breckenridge, Colorado as office manager of a small animal clinic. She recently relocated to League City, Tx. and joined our VCA team. . She has 2 boxers that run her life. Mosely age 9 and Fisher age 7.

    Annie S

    Annie began her veterinary career in early 2011 and joined our emergency team in December 2011. She comes to us with alot of animal experience. Annie runs a local Horse Rescue - Crossfire Equine Rescue. She has a multitude of pets including 3 dogs (Levi, Sammi & Buttercup), 2 horses (Chester & Cleo), a donkey (Tug-Boat) and also any number of foster animals waiting for a new home. When Annie is not working or caring for all her animals, she enjoys traveling, camping, trail rides, eating crawfish and spending time with her husband.

    Stephanie Seay

    Stephanie began her veterinary career in 2008 by joining our team. She is currently attending San Jacinto College studying for her RN Degree. Stephanie's  special interest is in labor and delivery. She and her son Kyle live with their dog "Daisy" and cat "Lotus" in the city of Pasadena. They enjoy the outdoors (when its nice).

Emergency Care

In case of emergency, please come to our hospital or call us immediately. We are open weeknights from 6pm - 8am and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. We are located on the north-bound (east) side of I-45, just past the Edgebrook exit. Our physical address is: 10331 Gulf Freeway  Houston, Tx 77034. Our phone number is 713-941-8460.

 

North-Bound - Take the Edgebrook exit, stay on the feeder road. Go through the light and we are on the right just past the mexican food restaurant.

 

South-Bound - Take the Edgebrook exit.  U-Turn lane under the freeway, which will put you on the north-bound feeder. We are past the mexican food restaurant on the right hand side.
