    Heidi Ruschenberg

    Heidi is a native of Texas City, Texas and she joined our team in 2011. She has an extensive background in finance and customer service. Excellent customer service is her top priority at our hospital.  In her spare time, Heidi enjoys being with her husband and three children. She also enjoys sharing her time with her two dogs, "Fatt" and "Queen Bee".

    Monica Wells

    Monica has worked in the veterinary field since 1981. After several years in day practice, she came to the Animal Emergency Hospital in 1988. For the last 22 years, she has dedicated her career to the care of our furry little friends. Monica graduated from the University of Houston at Clear Lake with a degree in Animal Health Management. Through the years, she has also worked with many species, from dolphins and seals to camels and elephants at the Houston Zoo. Monica is currently owned by two cats, "Phantom" and "Baker" and a Bull Terrier, "Gracie". Monica is also very proud of and spends a lot of time with her great niece, Shyann.
