Darlene S. Bartholomew
Darlene is a native Texan, born above the cap rock near Amarillo. She began her career in the veterinary profession in the mid 1980's, as a receptionist at a busy day practice. By the end of her first day there, she began training as a technician. Darlene remained in day practice until coming to this emergency hospital in 1994 to work as an emergency technician. She became an administrative assistant in 1999 and performed her duties in that capacity until becoming the hospital manager in 2003.
Besides her enjoyment of and commitment to her work, Darlene's other interests include painting and sketching, Native American culture and history as well as maritime and military history.
