Prescription Refills

Obtaining a refill on your pet’s prescription is now more convenient at VCA All-Care Animal Referral Center. If we have prescribed a medication for you in the past, you may e-mail us with your information to request a refill. If you have a new prescription request, please visit your family veterinarian.

Please e-mail VCA All-Care at pharmacyACARC@vcahospitals.com with the following information:

1. Your first and last name
2. Your pet's name
3. A telephone number where we can reach you
4. A valid e-mail address
5. The name of the medication we are filling
6. Please also let us know if your pet is eating and drinking normally, defecating and urinating normally, and acting normally in general.
7. Any additional notes for us.

We will contact you within 12 hours of receipt of your request to confirm your medications are prepared or if we have additional questions. You will receive a telephone call when your prescription is ready and you can pick up medications at VCA All-Care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
