Tracey Johnson, MA, MBA
Tracey Johnson has worked 20 years in Animal Health. She began with a small practice in Boston, MA and grew it to a six doctor practice before it was sold to VetCor in 2000. She has worked for VCA Antech for five years as a Regional Operations Director, with a P & L responsibility for 10 animal hospitals, generating annual revenues of $12 million. She was responsible for overseeing business and medical aspects of hospital operations by managing finances and accounting, marketing and service promotion, human resources and quality patient care. She then accepted a position as the Executive Director for the Animal Dermatology Group, directing the Management group and clinic operations. She coordinated the financial, managerial and medical operations of all clinics, along with the financial, marketing, residency and research staff of the management group. She has also worked as a management and marketing consultant for small businesses and served as the Vice President of Operations for MyNutritionStore.com. In her free time, she has held the position of Adjunct Professor for Mt. Ida College in Boston, MA and for the University of Phoenix School of Business.
