Originally from Texas, Dr. Raj holds a B.S. in Microbiology & Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington, a B.S. in Animal Science from The University of Massachusetts, and an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She received her D.V.M. from Colorado State University in May 2008.
Following veterinary school, Dr. Raj completed a See More rotating internship in small animal medicine, surgery, emergency and radiology at VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital in Denver. She has also worked as an emergency veterinarian at Animal ER in Littleton and at VCA VSNC in Loveland.
Professionally, Dr. Raj is most interested in internal medicine and emergency/critical care. During her time off, Dr. Raj enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband are blessed with two lovely children, and two hilarious dogs (Homer & Milhouse).
